Two Squirrels One Nut is the unofficial nickname of the demo tape from Basement Heroes, a 2023 pornographic recording produced in a 8 X 12 practice space in Minneapolis. The demo features two men looking at a Shure 57, taking turns in what appears to be making loud noises into it and recording it. Loud Guitars, funky bass scales, and sick nasty effects plays throughout the demo.

The demo became one of the best known shock demos in itself, and for the reactions its graphic content elicited from listeners who had not heard it before. Around mid-October 2023, video-sharing sites including BandCamp were flooded with videos of the reactions of first-time viewers.
